摘　　要：我国高等职业教育经过多年的探索发展已到关键时期,办学定位包括人才培养定位和学历定位,越来越受到社会的关注。根据联合国教科文组织颁布的"国际教育分类标准"、《教育大辞典》和《中国教育百科全书》等资料对高等职业教育的内涵及特征进行再次界定与探讨,能改变人们对高等职业教育的认识,明确我国高等职业教育的层次,进而选择适合自身发展所需的人才培养模式。With its exploration and development for many years reaching the critical period, the orientation of higher vocational education in China is receiving more and more concerns.＂International Standard Classification of Education＂promulgated by UNESCO,Education Dictionary,Encyclopedia of China＇s Education and other information define and discuss the connotation and characteristics of Higher Vocational Education once more,thus changing peoples＇understanding of higher education,making clear the hierarchy of China＇s higher education and choosing the desired talent training model which is suitable for school＇s development.
