论终身学习视域下的成人主体性及其实现

摘　　要：主体性思想有着悠久的历史,是指人的自主、主动、能动、自由、有目的地活动的地位和特性。本文从终身学习的视域阐述了成人对主体性的诉求,即成人期望自主学习,指向学以致用的学习需求,要求与教师对话,强调运用自身已有的经验,并提出了促进成人主体性实现的策略。Subjective thinking has a long history, which refers to the status and characteristics of person＇s autonomy, initiative, dynamic, free and purposeful activity. This article from the sight of lifelong learning elaborated on the subjectivity of the appeal under the process of adult learning, which means adult expected autonomous learning; pointed to their learning needs; required teachers to make dialogue with adults; emphasized the use of their existing experience, and put forward strategies to promote adults to realize their subjectivity.
