摘　　要："双师型"教学队伍是开展实践教学的重要师资保证。通过明确"双师"的内涵、调查"双师型"队伍的建设现状,最后指出只有走出认识误区,以实践教学带动实践技能的提高,在学校相关制度的支持下,积极参加国内外企业的顶岗实习培训,才能建设好一支适应实践教学的"双师型"队伍。Double-quality teaching staff is the important guarantee of teachers in teaching practice. Through the clear ＂double＂ connotation, survey double-quality teachers team construction present situation, finally points out that only to get rid of the misunderstanding, to practice and improve teaching driven practice skills, in the school system＇s support, training and actively participate in domestic and foreign enterprises of the post, to build an adaptive double team practice teaching.
