摘　　要：文章以资源依赖理论为视角,指出当前外贸专业校企合作存在问题的原因,指出外贸专业与外贸企业之间相互依赖,这种依赖促使外贸企业和外贸专业之间可以开展双向嵌入合作,并以江苏信息职业技术学院开展的校企合作为例进一步说明双向嵌入合作的应用和效果。The paper, from the perspective of resource dependence theory, analyses the reasons of problems in the cooperation between enterprise and college, and points out the real cooperation which is based on dependence of trademajor and foreign trade enterprise inlernational. It promotes the double-direction cooperation between foreign trade enterprise and college. Finally, the paper takes foreign trade major in Jiangsu College of Information Technology as a typical example to illustrate its application and achievements.
