摘　　要：当前高校餐饮服务主要面临着食物中毒的风险、引发恐慌性食品安全事件的风险和管理者的责任风险。引发高校餐饮服务食品安全风险有多方面的原因,要防范食品安全风险,就要确保高校餐饮服务的公益性质,建构多元化的监督管理模式,健全内部食品安全管理制度,加强食品安全风险教育,保障校园安全,维护社会稳定。The current catering services in colleges and universities mainly face the risk of food poisoning, anti of food safety incidents causing public panic and managers＇ responsibility. The food safety risks of catering services in colleges and universities lie in many aspects. To prevent food safety risks,it is necessary to ensure the public nature of the catering serv- ices in colleges and universities, construct supervision and management of a wide range of patterns, improve internal food safety management system, strengthen food safety risk education, protect campus security and maintain social stability.
