摘　　要：班级文化是校园文化的一部分,要营造一个优良的校园文化那么就必须建设一个好的班级文化,所以优良班级文化建设刻不容缓。文章重点介绍了班级显性、隐性文化建设措施和文化的融合基础,结合平时的实践工作,提出了对班级文化建设的理性思考。Class culture is a part of campus culture. To create the nice campus culture needs to create the nice class cul- tare. Theretore,the construction of good class culture is an urgent task. This essay concentrates on the introduction of the measures of constructing the dominant culture and the implicit culture,the foundation of the integration of different class cul- tares, and then proposes some suggestions for constructing class culture.
