摘 要:在火力发电锅炉温度优化控制问题的研究中,锅炉主汽温度系统具有大惯性、大延迟、时变性的特点,造成电力系统不稳定。传统串级PID因属于事后控制,系统输出很容易产生超调或振荡。在延迟系统逆动力学分析的基础上,将控制历史数据引入控制器的决策过程,为对传统PID控制器进行改进,提出一种新的适合于锅炉主汽温度系统控制方法。与传统PID控制器相比,改进控制器对控制量定义了新的基准量来代替原有基准参量。并对某超临界600MW直流锅炉主汽温系统进行仿真,结果表明,改进控制系统的性能明显优于传统PID控制器,并能较好地适应对象的动态特性变化。Boiler main steam temperature system possesses the characteristics of large inertia, large delay, time- varying. In the paper, historical data were introduced into the decision-making process of the controller on the basis of qualitative analysis in delay system inverse dynamics control, to improve the traditional PID controller, and pro- posed a new control method suitable for delay systems. Compared with the conventional PID controller, new corrected reference parameters were defined on the control amount to replace the original amount of reference parameter. With the main temperature plant of a supercritical once-through 600MW boiler, the simulation was carried out. Results show that the performance of the control system is superior to the traditional PID controller, can better adapt to the change of the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object.
