摘　　要：学校体育和社会体育的顺利衔接是终身体育的必然要求.采用文献法研究认为,实现二者的衔接必须从终身体育的角度,在体育实践和体育意识的互动中培养体育意识;通过体育俱乐部和家庭体育实现学校体育和社会体育在实践上的交流和融合;强化个体体育能力和社会体育能力的培养;转变学校体育资源专属的观念,建立服务大众的意识,学校体育场地所有权、使用分配权交给政府,管理上实行"学校、社会两扇门"制度,整合体育人力资源,实现体育物质资源和人力资源共享.It is the inevitable for lifetime sports to connect school sports and social sports. A literature study show that their connection needs to cultivate a sports consciousness; to achieve communication and integration in practice through sports clubs and family sports; to strengthen the cultivation of individual sports ability and social sports ability; to change the concept about school sports resources and build up a public serving concept; to implement ＂The Two Doors Management Systems （one for schools and the other for the society） ＂ , do as to integrate the sports human resources and achieve the sharing of sports material and human resources.
