摘  要:高效的课堂教学是老师们的一贯追求。中职生源质量的持续滑坡迫使职业教育工作者反思自身的教育教学实践,开展有效的教学研究方法,提升自身的教学效率。课例研究是指教师系统地合作研究课堂中的教与学的行为,从而改善教师的教学经验和学生的学习经验的综合过程。[1-3]实践证明,中等专业学校的教师开展课例研究可以有效地促进教师的专业发展,提高教与学的效率,从而促进学生的全面发展。Classroom teaching is the consistent pursuit of teachers. The quality of the students in secondary vocational schools for landslide forced occupation educators to reflect on their own teaching practice, teaching research methods, to improve the teaching efficiency of its own. Lesson study is refers to the teacher to cooperative research in the classroom teaching and learning behavior, integrated process so as to improve the teachers' teaching experience and the students' learning experience. Practice has proved, professional development of secondary vocational school teachers in lesson study can effectively promote teachers, improve the efficiency of teaching and learning, thus to promote students' all-round development.
