摘　　要：通过搜集历年企业定期监管记录、国外通报、发放调查问卷等,肯定了莱芜市食品加工企业对食品添加剂的使用合理,符合国家规定。但是也存在一些问题:食品安全事件对出口企业影响巨大,企业自身生产管理水平有待加强。针对问题,作者进行了思考并提出了建议和意见。By collecting periodic inspection and quarantine supervision records, goods exported abroad informed, issuing questionnaires over the years, etc., which affirmed rational use of food additives in Laiwu food processing enterprises, in line with national regulations. But there still were some problems： food safety incidents have tremendous impact on export enterprises ;the enterprise own management level need to be strengthened. For the existing problems, the authors conducted thinking and put forward to some suggestions and comments in this paper.
