摘 要:根据高炉料面形状信息采集对异类传感器布置的要求,提出了异类传感器布置原则以及异类传感器优化布置的综合评价函数,该函数为圆形定义域内有约束优化问题。提出混沌捕鱼策略求解该优化问题,混沌捕鱼策略解决了捕鱼策略易陷入局部极值的问题;针对高炉环境的约束条件及定义域特点,提出环形投网方式代替方体式投网,提高搜索效率。以某钢厂实际高炉为例进行雷达传感器优化布置,结果表明,混沌捕鱼策略搜索成功率比传统捕鱼算法有所提高,使优化布局的评价函数值比初始手动布局提高9.69%,说明混沌捕鱼算法能有效优化高炉异类传感器布局。According to the requirements of the burden surface shape information acquisition procedure in blast fur- nace on the dissimilar sensor deployment, the deploying principal of the dissimilar sensors along with the comprehen- sive evaluation function of the optimized dissimilar sensor deployment are proposed in this paper;the function is a constrained optimal issue within circular definition domain. A novel method called chaotic fishing strategy is put for- ward to solve the optimal issue. The chaotic fishing strategy successfully solves the local extreme problem usually oc- curred in traditional fishing strategy. Aiming at the environmental constrained conditions of blast furnace and the characteristics of the definition domain, the annular net casting method is brought forward to replace the cubic net casting method, and the searching efficiency is improved. The actual blast furnace in a certain steel plant was used as an example to carry out the radar sensor optimal deployment;and the result indicates that the success rate for the cha- otic fishing searching strategy is higher than that for traditional fishing strategy. The evaluation function value for the proposed strategy is increased by 9.69% compared with that for the initial manual deployment method, which verifies that the chaotic fishing strategy is effective in optimizing the deployment of blast furnace dissimilar sensors.
