摘　　要：在深入研究相关文献的基础上,首先构建了物流企业人力资源管理外包风险评估指标。然后通过层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标的权重系数,引入云模型,使用正向逆向云发生器对定量和定性概念进行相互转换。最后得到物流企业人力资源管理外包风险的整体评估结果,希望为物流企业外包管理中的各项决策提供参考依据。In this paper, on the basis of a literature review, we first established the human resource management outsourcing risk evaluation indexes of the logistics enterprises, then determined the weight of the various indexes through AHP and then introduced the cloud computation model. At the end, in an empirical example, we obtained the overall evaluation result of the human resource management outsourcing risks of a certain logistics enterprise.
