略论基于就业能力培养的高职公共基础课程改革探索——以南通职业大学公共基础课程改革为例

摘　　要：在当今大学生就业形势严峻,就业竞争日趋激烈的背景下,就业能力培养是当前高等职业教育研究的热点问题,也是难点。文章主要探讨如何从课程设置、教学模式和教学方法等方面对高职公共基础课程进行改革,从而有效提高高等职业院校学生的就业能力。Under the circumstances of the severe employment situation and the intense competition of em- ployment, how to improve the ability to seek jobs becomes the hot issue, also the difficulty in the current re- search of higher vocational education. This paper mainly discusses how to carry out the reform of public basic courses from the aspects of curriculum design, teaching mode and teaching methods in order to improve stu- dents＇ employability.
