论武警院校现代远程任职教育模式的构建

摘　　要：利用现代远程教育特有的教育优势构建武警部队院校任职教育发展的新模式是对部队院校教育改革的一次全新的探索。针对现代远程教育的特点,构建现代远程任职教育模式,应从完善网络基础设施、优化教学资源、建立学习支持服务系统、加强人才队伍建设、构建教育质量保证体系等五个方面入手。Establishing a new model of the vocational education development by using the special advantages of modem distance education is a new educational reform exploration of PAPF. In this paper, aiming at the features of modem distance education, it proposes an establishing conception of modem distance vocational education based on five aspects, including improving network infrastructure, optimizing teaching resources, establishing learning services sys- tem, strengthening human resources and constructing qualified teaching system.
