摘 要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验研究法、数理统计法及心理测试法,探讨瑜伽教学对学生的心理状态、人际关系和精神状态等方面的影响.结果表明:瑜伽教学具有提升学生心理素质的功效,有效缓解和治疗心理疾病,有效地改善学生的人际关系,增强学生的自信心,尤其是在强迫、抑郁、焦虑等方面有明显改善,从而提升学生心理素质.This essay studies the influences which Yoga teaching has on the mental state, social relationships and spiritual state of the students with such research approaches as document research, questionnaire, experimental study, statistics and psychological testing applied. The results of the study indicate that Yoga teaching is quite effective in promoting students' mental quality, releasing their mental illness, improving their social relationship, boosting their self-confidence and improving their moral accomplishment, especially in releasing obsession, depression and anxiety.
