摘　　要：苏州大学沙钢钢铁学院在校企合作的办学模式下,利用苏州大学学科建设、人文环境和专业基础的办学优势,结合现代化大型钢铁企业——沙钢集团的资金、技术和大工业生产环境优势,为培养具有工程意识、工程设计能力和工程创新能力的高素质工程应用型人才,进行了有益的探索。Shagang Steel College makes a valuable exploration to train high quality applied talents with engineering con-sciousness ,engineering design ability and engineering innovation ability in the mode of cooperation between school and en-terprise ,which takes the advantages of Soochow University ’s discipline construction ,humane environment ,professional foundation and Shagang Group’s fund ,technology ,industry environment .
