摘 要:从10种国产大孔树脂中筛选出XDA-1树脂对菜籽饼多酚进行纯化。通过动态吸附-解吸条件的优化研究,发现在上样量为6.25 BV、上样液pH为3.25、上样液浓度为3 mg/mL、吸附速率为1.75 BV/h的条件下,吸附率为78.64%;在解吸液(乙醇)浓度为60%、解吸液用量为5.75BV、解吸速率为1.25 BV/h、解吸液pH为3.75的条件下,解吸率为74.20%。纯化后的多酚纯度为88.32%,比多酚粗品的纯度提高了38.05%,表明XDA-1树脂对菜籽饼多酚具有良好的纯化效果。XDA-1 was selected from 10 kinds of domestic macroporous resin to purify rapeseed rake polyphenol. The conditions of dynamic adsorption-desorption were optimized here. Studies found that the adsorption percent was 78.64% under the condition of sample quantity 6.25 BV, sample liquid pH 3.25, sample liquid concentration 3 mg/mL and adsorption rate 1.75 BV/h. And the desorption percent was 74.20% under the condition of desorption solution(ethanol) concentration 60%, desorption liquid quantity 5.75 BV, desorption rate 1.25 BV/h and desorption solution pH 3.75. The purity of purified polyphenol was of 88.32%, which was increased by 38.05% compared with raw polyphenols. The result showed that XDA-1 macroporous resin had a good purification effect on rapeseed rake polyphenol.
