摘 要:高校学前教育专业学生既要掌握扎实且系统的理论知识,也要加强学生专业能力的培养与训练。高校为进一步提高学前教育专业学生的专业能力,需要对其进行具有针对性的实践训练,为培养一批高质量的适应学前教育发展需求的师资队伍奠定基础。With the rapid development of china' s preschool education, the college students who majored in pre - school education not only need to master solid theoretical knowledge and system, but also need to strengthen the cultivation of their professional ability and training. The professional ability training for pre - school majored students include seven aspects, which are creation and utilization of the environment, the organization and conservation of daily -life, the support and guidance of game activities, the planning and imple- ment of education activities, motivation and evaluation, communication and cooperation, reflection and develop. Through the training of students' professional ability, we are expecting to further improve preschool education students'professional ability, cultivate a batch of high quality students who will meet the demand of the pre - school education teachers' team.
