美国基础教育“绿丝带学校项目”述评

摘  要:2011年4月26日,美国联邦教育部发起基础教育改革的"绿丝带学校项目"。该项目由联邦、州政府和地方政府机构,以及其他专业组织共同参与和设计。"绿丝带学校项目"评选旨在奖励那些在健康教育、环境教育、学校建筑等方面卓有成效的中小学校。美国联邦教育部制订了"绿丝带学校项目"的领域标准框架:减少环境影响与代价、改善师生的健康与福祉、提供有效的环境与持续教育。"绿丝带学校项目"是美国联邦层面的一个综合改革项目,致力于学校的可持续发展。The annual U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools program award was launched in was launched on April 26, 2011. The program was developed with input from a variety of federal, state and local govermnent agencies and a variety of other stakeholders. Green Ribbon Schools recognized schools that were exemplary in energy efficiency, environmental education, health education and green architecture. The US Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools program had three pillars: reduce environmental impact and costs; improve the health and wellness of students and staff; provide effective environmental and sustainability education. The program was as a comprehensive federal program addressing school improvement and school effectiveness.
