摘　　要：根据装备制造业对高校机械类专业应用型创新人才的需求,探索机械类专业工程应用型创新人才的培养目标,通过创新人才培养方案建立、课程结构体系优化、实践培养体系强化、校企深度合作,构建集素质、知识、能力于一体的高层次机械类专业应用型创新人才培养的新模式。According to the equipment manufacturing industry demand for college of applied mechanical specialty innovative talents, the training objective was explored in engineering application. The new training mode of applied mechanical specialty innovative talents collected with knowledge, ability and quality was built through establishing the innovative training program, optimizing the course structure system, strengthening the practical training system and cooperating the school-enterprise.
