摘　　要：论文立足于应用型本科院校土木工程专业的培养目标,以皖西学院为例,从分析房地产类课程的特点及存在的共性问题入手,提出了基于应用型管理人才培养目标的教学理念的改革,以及教学方法的创新。实践证明,改革后的专业教学能较好地提高学生的专业素养,实践能力、创新精神和综合素质,收到较为理想的效果。Based on Training objectives of application-oriented management personnel, this article as a case study of West Anhui University, starts with the analysis of the characteristics and common problems of the real estate courses, proposes the reform of teaching philosophy and innovative of teaching methods. It was proved that the teaching after reform can better improve students＂ professionalism, practical ability, innovative spirit and comprehensive quality, receive more satisfactory results.
