摘  要:目的调查深圳市中学生西式快餐就餐频次、选择西式快餐的原因以及对西式快餐营养状况的认识情况,为下一步的干预提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2012年2月调查在西式快餐厅就餐的学生,使用问卷进行面对面调查。结果共调查240位在西式快餐厅就餐的学生,平均年龄为(12.58±1.68)岁;深圳市中学生在上月中曾经在西式快餐就餐的中学生占77.08%,男女生就餐频次的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中学生选择西式快餐厅就餐的原因主要为卫生好(17.50%)、位置方便(15.83%)、有营养(10.83%)和价格便宜(10.83%);在对西式餐厅营养知识掌握方面,42.00%的中学生认为食物搭配合理,54.58%的中学生认为营养价值高,62.5%的中学生认为热能含量高。结论深圳市中学生西式快餐的就餐频次较高,对西式快餐营养知识掌握程度较差,有必要针对调查研究发现的就餐原因对学生进行健康教育。[ Objective ] To investigate the frequency, reason of choice and nutritional knowledge of western fast food restaurant ( WFFF ) consumption in Shenzhen middle school students, and provide reference for health intervention. [ Methods ] Samples were selected by using convenient sampling methods, middle school students in the WFFRs were investigated by questionnaire in Febru-ary 2012. [ Results ] A total of 240 middle school students were investigated, the average age was 112.58 ± 1.68 } years. Students who had consumed WFFR in the last month occupied 77.08%, without significant difference between genders ( P 〉 0.05 ). The main reasons for students to choose WFFR were good hygiene ( 17. 50% ) , convenient location ( 15. 83% ) , nutrition food ( 10. 83% ) and inexpensive( 10.83% ). For the aspects of grasping nutritional knowledge, 42.00% students considered that food match was appropriate, 54.58% thought the WFFR was of great nutritional value and 62.5% thought that the calories of it was high. [ Conclusion] The frequency of consuming WFFR in Shenzhen middle school student is high while their nutritional knowledge of WFFR is low. It is necessary to conduct health education basing on the reason of choosing WFFR.
