摘　　要：随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断开展,学术管理成为高校管理乃至整个高等教育管理工作的核心问题。学术管理制度下,许多高校存在着学术行政管理为主导、学术民主管理弱化、学术管理理念缺失、学术管理组织不够完善等问题,一定程度上影响了高校师德建设。通过提高教师思想修养,加强学术道德建设;协调行政管理和学术管理关系,营造师德建设良好氛围;完善师德考评体系,强化学术管理监督机制等,可以改善学术管理制度下的高校师德建设。With the further reform of Chinese higher education system, academic management is becoming increasingly important for universities and even general higher education management in China. The existing problems in academic management have negative effects on teachers＇ ethics. The solutions to these problems can include： stressing the ideological cultivation of teachers; coordinating the relations between administrative and academic management; improving ethics evaluation system; strengthening the construction of oversight mechanisms in academic management.
