摘 要:对英国学者Rees等创制的《医学生沟通技能态度量表》进行中文版修订以测量中国医学生对学习医患沟通技能的态度。修订工作包括翻译、试测及对422名某医学院医学本科生实施问卷调查等。不同于英国学者所采用二因子结构,中文版《医学生沟通技能态度量表》采纳五因子结构以揭示中国医学生对于医患沟通技能学习的复杂态度结构。中文版《医学生沟通技能态度量表》有待进一步修订完善,但它可用于了解我国医学生对于医患沟通技能的学习态度,辅助教学或课程改革。In order to evaluate Chinese medical students' attitudes towards doctor-patient communication skills training, a Chinese version of communication skills attitude scale (CSAS-Ch) created by Rees was developed. The survey performed in a medical university with CSAS Ch. CSAS was translated into Chinese after pretesting and a formal survey performed in a medical university with CSAS-Ch among four hundred and twenty-two medical students. Different from Rees' two factors structure, the five factors which revealed a complex attitude structure among students towards communication skills learning was accept. Although the CSAS-Ch should modified by further study, teachers can measure their students attitudes about communication skills learning by using the CSAS-Ch to improve teaching or curriculum reform.
