摘  要:目的适应临床整体护理需要,培养具有运用护理程序对病人实施身心护理的实用型护理人才。方法在中专 97护理专业 105名学生《内科护理学》教学中, 32种疾病护理采用模拟病房教学,用理论考试成绩、临床调查结果来观察实验效果。结果课时形成性评价、单元形成性评价、毕业考试三方面的成绩,模拟病房教学法明显优于传统教学法,经 t检验, P<0.01,差异有显著性。临床问卷调查发现,实验班学生的沟通能力,制定护理计划的能力,书写护理病历的能力,口头表达能力,应变能力等均明显优于传统教学法的学生。结论模拟病房教学法优于传统教学法,能提高课堂教学效果,提高学生整体护理能力。Objective To train practical nurses able touse the nursing procedures to provide physical and psychological nursing for clinical holistic nursing.Methods In teaching 32 diseases of 'The Medical Nursing',the imitating ward was applied in teaching 105 nursing majors of Grade 97.The theoretical examination and clinical investigation were conducted to evaluate the results of the teaching experiment.Results The results of class formation evaluation,unit formation evaluation,unit formation evaluation and terminal examination of teaching in the imitating ward was significantly superior to those of the traditional teaching method(P<0.01).The results obtained from clinical questionnaire showed that the students receiving imitating ward teaching were significantly better than those receiving the traditional teaching method in communication,nursing planning,nursing history writing,oral expression and flexibility.Conclusion Theimitating ward teaching method is significantly superior to the traditional one in terms of providing in- class teaching effect and students' nursing ability.
