摘 要:[目的]探讨医学教师资讯素养与任课教师工作满意度的相关性。[方法]采取便利整群抽样法,对我校54名在岗医学教师资讯素养进行问卷调查,同时对该54名教师执教的1 087名在校学生进行任课教师工作满意度问卷调查,探讨医学教师资讯素养与任课教师工作满意度之间的关系。[结果]医学教师资讯素养(50.45±0.55)分与任课教师工作满意度(86.62±0.69)分,均处于中等偏上水平;资讯素养及各维度与任课教师工作满意度呈正相关(P<0.01),且信息能力对任课教师工作满意度影响最大。[结论]建议学校管理者重视提高任课教师资讯素养,提高学生对任课教师工作满意度,促进学生及学校全面发展。Objective: To probe into correlation between medical teachers' information literacy and classroom teachers' job satisfaction. Methods: A total of 54 medical teachers in the post in my university were investigated by questionnaire on their information literacy by taking convenience cluster sampling method. Meanwhile,a total of 1 087 students that the 54 teachers coached were investigated on classroom teachers' job satisfaction. To probe into the relationship between medical teachers' information literacy and classroom teachers' job satisfaction. Results. The Medical teachers 'infor- mation literacy score (50.45±0.55) and classroom teachers' job satisfac- tion score (86.62±0.69) were at above the middle level. Various dimen- sions of information literacy were positively correlated with classroom teachers' job satisfaction (P〈0. 01). And the information capabilities had the greatest impact on classroom teachers' job satisfaction. Conclusion: It suggests school administrators should think highly of strengthening class- room teachers' information literacy, so as to improve students' satisfaction toward classroom teachers and to promote the overall development of students and the university.
