摘　　要：巴西的S-系统是整个拉丁美洲最大的劳动力技能培训系统。它由一系列葡萄牙语名称的首字母为S的机构组成。S-系统目前几乎覆盖巴西所有的经济领域,为工业、农业、商业等领域的劳动者提供各种职业培训。S-系统的职业培训具有独特的资金渠道以及灵活多样的课程和方法,为巴西培养了大量合格的劳动者,是巴西成人职业教育领域中的重要力量。Brazilian S-System is the largest consolidated professional training system in Latin America. It comprises a group of institutes, initial letter of whose Portuguese names is S. S-System covers almost all economic areas in Brazil, and provides vocational education for workers in industry, agriculture, commercial, and so on. S-System has specific training fund resources, flexible training programs and methods. It has trained a large number of qualified workers, and it is the most important component of Brazilian adult vocational education.
