摘　　要：随着社会物流管理水平的发展,企业对物流人才的创新能力要求不断提高。文中针对高职物流管理学生创新能力不足的现况,提出了在学生创新能力培养上出现的问题。在此基础上,结合高职物流管理专业人才培养实践,提出了学生创新能力的培养体系。With the development of the social logistics management, the innovation ability requirements of the logistics management talents are improved as well. According to the situation of poor innovation ability of higher vocational students whose major are logistics management, the author puts forward the problems in students＇ innovative ability training. On this basis, the cultivation system of students＇ innovative ability has been found combining with the cultivation practice for logistics management talents.
