摘 要:实用主义又称进步主义,其理论研究肇始于19世纪末20世纪初,以美国实用主义思想家杜威为代表。其代表性的理论成果"教育即生长"、"教育即生活"、"教育是经验的不断改造或改组"、"从做中学"的观点为成人学习提供了科学的理论支撑。通过阐述杜威的实用主义哲学的基本观点,分析我国成人学习的特点,提出促进成人学习的策略。Pragmatism is called the progressive, its theoretical research began in the late 19th century early 20th century, which takes Dewey as a representative of pragmatism thinkers in the United States. He proposed "education is growth", "education is life", "education is the experience of reconstruction or reorganization" and "learning by doing'point of view provides scientific theory support for adult learning. This article expatiates the basic ideas of Dewey's pragmatism philosophy, analyzes the basic features of adult learning, and put forward the strategies to promote adult learning.
