摘 要:在单因素基础上,以铁结合率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken Design设计原理,分析香菇多糖与柠檬酸三钠质量比、pH和温度对香菇多糖铁(Ⅲ)结合率的影响,建立相应的预测模型。最佳优化工艺为香菇多糖与柠檬酸三钠质量比为1.8,pH为8.0,温度为68.7℃,铁结合率为11.69%。验证结果表明,响应曲面法所优化出的配合工艺合理、有效、具有可行性。Abstract; Based on the single factor tests, the effects of mass ratio between lentinan and catalyst sodium citrate, pH reaction temperature on iron combination rate of lentinan - Fe ( III ) were designed using BoxBehnken to assess the combination rate of iron( III ). A prediction model was established. The optimal synthesis conditions were mass ratio between lentinan and catalyst sodium citrate of 1.8, pH8.0, reaction temperature of 68. 70ce, iron combination rate of lentinan-Fe ( III ) was 11.69%. It was generally accepted that the response surface method was scientific and optimum for the synthesis of lentinan-lron( III ) complex.
