摘　　要：职技高师院校食品工程专业现有的人才培养方案存在重理论轻实践等问题,难以适应食品工业的快速发展以及社会对人才的需求。提高人才培养的适应性,从专业课程体系、实验教学体系、实践活动体系建设入手,构建食品工程专业应用型人才培养模式,强化学生应用能力培养,以满足食品工业快速发展的需要。Problems including emphasizing theory while neglecting practice exist in the current talent cultivation scheme of food engineering specialty in teachers＇ vocational and technical colleges, which resulted that the scheme can not adapt to the booming development of food industry and the social requirements for talents. Thus, it is necessary for colleges to increase the adaptability of talents cultivation and begin with the construction of specialty course system, experimental teaching system and practical activity system to construct a applied talents cultivation mode of food engineering specialty and strengthen the cultivation of students＇ applied ability, so as to meet the requirement followed by the booming development of food industry.
