摘  要:乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯和杂醇油作为白酒中重要的呈香味物质,其含量的高低直接影响着白酒的风格。用HP-INNOWAX石英毛细管柱直接进样,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量,建立了毛细管气相色谱同时测定白酒中的甲醇、正丙醇、乙酸乙酯和乳酸乙酯的分析方法,并对色谱条件进行了优化。方法的检出限在0.001~0.002 g/L之间,回收率为99.5%~105.8%,RSD在0.15%~1.95%之间。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,适用于白酒中甲醇、正丙醇、乙酸乙酯和乳酸乙酯的同时分析测定。The ethyl acetate and the fusel oil are important taste material, the content of which has a direct influence on the taste of liquor. The sample was put into HP-INNOWAX of capillary column and analyzed with FID detector, they were quantified by external standard method. To establish a practical method for simultaneous determination of methanol, n-propanol, ethyl acetate and ethyl lactate in alcohol. Under the proposed conditions, the limit of detection were range 0.001~0.002 g/L, the sample recoveries within 99.5%~105.8%, the relative standard derivation within 0.15%~1.95%. The method is rapid, sensitive and suitable for determination of methanol, n-propanol, ethyl acetate and ethyl lactate in alcohol.
