摘　　要：党的十八大报告提出要把立德树人作为教育的根本任务。立德树人理念为辅导员团队文化建设指明了方向,为辅导员团队文化建设提出了要求。通过合理定位辅导员团队的共同愿景、精心挑选辅导员团队的领袖成员、有效完善辅导员团队的激励机制、努力营造辅导员团队的合作氛围对于形成强大的思想政治教育合力、创造良好的育人环境有着重要意义。The 18th Congress of Chinese Communist Party puts forward the idea that morality education be the fundamental task of educa- tion,which indicates the direction of the cultural construction of counselor team and imposes requirements on the counselor team culture con- struction. Positioning the common vision of counselor team reasonably, improving the incentive mechanism of counselor team effectively and try- ing hard to create a cooperative counselor team atmosphere are of great significance in providing a strong ideological and political education and creating a good educational environment.
