摘  要:"双师素质"教师是制约高等职业教育发展的瓶颈,建立科学的"双师素质"教师培养的目标体系对高职院校教师队伍的建设起着非常重要的作用。文章围绕"双师素质"教师培养的目标体系,从四个方面展开分析研究:一、"双师素质"教师专业理论知识的培养。二、"双师素质"教师专业实践技能的培养。三、"双师素质"教师职业教育教学能力的培养。四、"双师素质"教师教育科研能力的培养。"The double teacher quality" teacher is a bottleneck restricting the development of higher vocational education, establish scientific goal of "double teacher quality" teachers training system for the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges plays a very important role. In this paper, the goals of "double teacher quality" teacher training system, this thesis analysis from four aspects: first, "the double teacher quality" the cultivation of teachers' professional theoretical knowledge. Second, the "double teacher quality" teachers' profes- sional practice skills training. Three, "the double teacher quality" vocational education teachers teaching ability. Four, "the double teacher quality" teachers education scientific research ability.
