摘　　要：职业能力测评是衡量学生素质能力高低的标准,对高职学生职业素质能力的评定和测定具有重要作用。高职学生职业能力测评必须借助合理的测评工具和测评方法进行,以此形成对学生职业能力的准确评价,进而指导学生不断提升职业能力,适应就业需要。Occupational ability test is a standard to measure students＆#39; quality and ability, and it has the vital role in the assessment of the vocational students＆#39; occupational quality and ability. Evaluation of occupational ability of higher vocational students must be carried out by reasonable assessment tools and methods so as to form a accurate assessment of students＆#39; occupational ability, guide the students to continuously improve occupational ability and meet the needs of employment.
