摘  要:目的了解昆山市近年来食物中毒流行特征和趋势,为制定食物中毒的预防控制对策提供依据。方法收集2010—2012年昆山市食物中毒报告材料进行统计分析,并与全国同期食物中毒情况进行比较。结果昆山市近3年来食物中毒报告起数呈下降趋势,平均年发病率为7.93/10万,远高于全国平均水平。食物中毒的高发期在第3、4季度,其中不明原因的食物中毒占总数的51.52%,食物中毒主要发生在集体食堂。结论昆山市食物中毒形势较严峻,尤其不明原因及发生在集体食堂的食物中毒比例过高。建议通过强化集体用餐单位针对性监督管理措施,提高检测能力,完善食物中毒预警机制,加强对食物中毒的预防和控制。[ Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trend of food poisoning events in Kunshan City in re- cent years, provide the basis for making the prevention and control measures of food poisoning. [ Methods ] The reports of food poi- soning events in Kunshan City from 2010-2012 were collected and analyzed, and were compared with national data in the same peri- od. [ Results ] The incidence of food poisoning in Kunshan City showed a downward trend during the past three years. However, the average annual incidence was 7.93/lakh, which was significantly higher than national average level. The food poisoning events hap- pened frequently in the third and the fourth quarter, and food poisoning events with unknown causes accounted for 51.52% of total events. Most food poisoning events occurred in collective canteens. [ Conclusion] Kunshan City is facing the grim situation of food poisoning, and the proportions of food poisoning events with unknown causes and food poisoning events happened in collective canteens are relatively high. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management measures aimed at collective canteens, enhance the test capacity, and perfect the early warning mechanism of food poisoning, to improve the prevention and control of food poisoning.
