摘 要:随着现代员工工作环境和工作方式的改变,工作与非工作边界日益模糊。目前关于工作与非工作边界渗透性的研究大多基于传统工作领域与非工作领域的划分假设,缺乏对现代工作环境和工作方式中工作与非工作边界渗透内涵的深度挖掘,从而局限了该领域研究的后续发展。为了弥补这一研究不足,文章运用归纳法,通过开放式问卷调查与内容分析,对现代员工工作与非工作相互渗透的内容、方式与原因进行了探索性调查与分析。文章对于学者重新审视已有的理论与结论,以及企业组织重新构建工作与非工作边界及其管理策略制定,都具有积极的借鉴价值。With the changes of modern work environment and work patterns, the work/non-work boumlary has been increas- ingly blurred. The current research on work/non-work boundary penetration is mainly based on the traditional hypothesis of the division between work domain and non-work domain. The lack of study in depth on the connotation of work/non-work boundary penetration in modern work environment and mode, thus it limits the subsequent development of research in this fieht. In order to overcome the drawbacks, the study applies inductive method to make an exploratory investigation and analy- sis on the content, mode and cause of work/non-work boundary penetration in the modern work environment though the open questionnaire and content analysis. The research results will help scholars to re-examine existing theories and conclu- sions, as well as organizations to rebuild work/non-work boundary and its management tactics.
