摘  要:目的探讨护理个案研讨会在加强护理学硕士研究生临床实践能力及综合能力培养方面的作用。方法由护理硕士专业学位研究生根据真实病例准备护理个案,全体护理硕士生围绕个案的重点问题预先分组讨论,再集中交流,由指导老师负责现场引导;通过问卷调查学生对护理个案研讨会的评价。结果学生对自己的准备程度(93.2%)、参与讨论的积极程度(77.3%)、研讨兴趣(61.4%)及研讨会氛围(61.4%)持肯定评价,并肯定护理个案研讨会在增加知识(63.6%)、提高临床思维能力(70.5%)、促进师生交流(65.9%)和促进团队协作能力提高方面(79.5%)的积极意义。结论护理个案研讨会调动了护理学硕士研究生对临床问题的兴趣,有助于促进其临床思维的发展和临床实践能力、综合能力的提高。Objective To explore the effects of case seminar in the training of graduate nursing students' clinical practice competence and comprehensive ability. Methods The care cases were prepared by the professional-degree nursing graduates, and were discussed in groups by all nursing graduates supervised by the tutors. The students' evaluation on the seminar was collected by questionnaires. Results The students gave high appraisal on the preparation of cases(93.2%),devotion(77.3%) and interest(61.4%) to the seminar and the discussion atmosphere(61.4%). Moreover,they agreed that the seminar could increase professional knowledge(63.6%),improve clinical thinking(70.5%),promote communications between students and teachers(65.9%), and strengthen team spirit(79.5%). Conclusion Case seminar can mobilize the graduates' interest in clinical problems, contributes to the development of clinical-thinking and clinical practice competence ,as well as the comprehensive abilities.
