摘　　要：提出一个动态用户均衡配流模型 ,它能够预测多 OD对交通网络中交通流的动态变化 ,利用最优控制理论得出该模型最优解的条件 ,并证明了该条件与动态用户均衡相一致 ,该模型可以调控交通网络中的交通流量 .In this paper, we set forth a dynamic user\|optimized traffic assignment model. It can predict the behavior of temporal traffic flow on a multiple origin destination network. Optimal conditions are derived using the optimal control theory and proved these conditions corresponding to dynamic user optimized traffic flow patterns. By using this model it can be controlled the traffic flow on urban transportation network using this model.
