摘 要:首先对马铃薯淀粉进行乙酰化处理,然后采用共混法制备出乙酰化淀粉/壳聚糖复合膜,并分别考察了乙酸酐用量、壳聚糖用量、交联剂(乙二醛)用量、增塑剂(甘油)用量和反应温度等对复合膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:乙酰化淀粉可降低淀粉的结晶度,壳聚糖可改善复合膜的力学性能,甘油可改善复合膜的可塑性,乙二醛及PVA(聚乙烯醇)可提高复合膜的力学强度;当m(乙酸酐)=0.15 g、m(壳聚糖)=1.5 g、m(乙二醛)=0.3 g、V(甘油)=3 mL、V(PVA)=8 mL和反应温度为60℃时,复合膜的综合性能相对最好,其拉伸强度(8.55 MPa)相对最大。First, the potato starch was acetylated. Then, an acetylated starch/chitosan complex film was prepared by blending method, and the influences of some factors (such as acetic anhydride content, chitosan content, crosslinker (glyoxal)content, plasticizer (glycerol)content and reaction temperature)on properties of complex film were respectively investigated. The research results showed that the acetylated starch could reduce the crystallinity of starch, the chitosan could improve the mechanical properties of complex film, the glycerol could improve the plasticity of complex film, the glyoxal and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) could improve the mechanical strength of complex film. The complex film had the relatively best combination property because its tensile strength( 8.55 MPa)was relatively maximal when mass of acetic anhydride, chitosan, and glyoxal were 0.15 ,1.5 , 0.3 g respectively, volumes of glycerol and PVA were 3,8 mL respectively, and reaction temperature was 60 ℃.
