摘　　要："十二五"伊始,南京职业教育在正视师资队伍建设所面临的四大"瓶颈"的基础上,经充分调研论证,启动优秀教学团队建设工程,致力打造60个教学团队,创新方式方法,加强过程管理,取得了一定的成绩。At the beginning of the ＂Twelfth Five-year Plan＂, the excellent teaching faculty construction project was launched with the guidance of the advanced concepts： such as the human capital theory. After full investigation and demonstration, Nanjing vocational education is devoted to building 60 teaching faculties, innovating teaching methods and strengthening process management.
