摘　　要：南京交通职业技术学院与南京金陵中等专业学校联合开展了中高职衔接"3+3"分段培养汽车运用技术专业人才试点项目。试点项目人才培养方案有具体衔接内容。要积极更新职教观念,明确中高职学校办学定位,充分发挥高职在职业教育发展中的引领作用,合理构建中高职衔接的人才培养方案和课程体系。This essay systematically analyzes the link of talent training program between secondary and higher vocational education in automobile application technology specialty pilot project with ＂3＋3＂ training in stages launched by Nanjing Communications Institute of Technology and Nanjing Jingling Secondary Vocational School. In order to further promote the talent training program effectively, this essay proposes that the vocational education concepts should be updated, the school-running objectives should be clarified, the leading function of higher vocational education should be brought into play, the talent training plan and the curriculum system should be reasonably constructed.
