摘　　要：本文总结了2013年国内外蜂产品质量安全研究的概况和进展,分析了国内外文献的数据库分布和研究领域分布情况。以实际的研究内容展现了蜂产品质量安全研究的最新进展,包括农兽药的多残留检测、新颖的样品前处理方法、多种金属元素的同时分析以及利用不同的分析工具分析蜂产品中的内源性活性组分。这些研究对于拓展我国蜂产品质量安全研究提供了思路,为提升蜂产品检测方法的准确度和灵敏性和时效性起着积极的促进作用。This review summarized the domestic and international research on quality safety of bee products and present the distribution of literatures in database and research field. Using data and results from the research in 2013, plus 27 new references from 224 papers, the latest research progeress was provided. We have made a brief summary about multi-residue analysis of veterinary medicine, pesticides and trace elements, endogenous compositions and the latest methods of sample preparaton in bee products. This review has broadened outlook of studies of quality safety in bee products, improved effectiveness, accuracy and rapidity of the developed method, especially for the routine analysis.
