标准化病人和案例法在消化内科教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结如何将标准化病人和案例法应用于消化内科学教学。方法 2009级临床124名学生为观察组,2008级临床83名学生为对照组。比较学生和老师对标准化病人和案例法和传统教学方法的满意度。结果学生和老师对标准化病人和案例法满意度均显著高于传统教学方法,学生满意度满意度为94.35%,教师满意度92.10%。结论标准化病人和案例法在消化内科教学中的应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective To summarize how to apply standardized patients and cases method in the teaching process of Gastroenterology department. Method 124 students who majored in clinicalmedicine from 2009 grade were chosen as observation group and 83 students from 2008 grade were chosen as control group. Then the degree of satisfaction were compared between standardized patients and cases method and traditional teaching method among students as well as teachers. R^sult The satisfaction degree of both students and teachers were higher on standardized patients and cases method than traditional teaching method. Conclusion The application effect of standardized patients and cases method was obviously remarkable, which was worth of promotion.
