摘　　要：高校辅导员作为大学生成长、成才的指导者,对大学生人生观价值观的形成会产生举足轻重的影响。但在个别高校,辅导员中出现了职务腐败的苗头,通过对辅导员腐败现象的特点和原因的深层分析,提出了预防辅导员腐败现象发生的有效策略。As guides of college students＇ growth, counselors in higher schools play an indispensable role in the world outline and values of college students, hut in some schools, there exists some eorruptive behavior. On the basis of detailed analysis of their eorruptive behavior, some precautions are proposed to prevent it from happening.
