摘 要:本文随机抽取福州市公、民办幼儿园各一所,以公、民办幼儿园教师队伍均衡发展展开相关调查。调查显示:福州市公、民办幼儿园都竭力为本园打造一支杰出的教师队伍,但受政策的倾斜、经费投入不足、幼儿园教师自身素质差异、教师待遇差异等影响,公办幼儿园与民办幼儿园相比,园内专任教师的年龄结构更为优化,具有高等学历、高级职称教师人数比例较高,拥有数量较多的高级骨干教师,教师参与培训次数及人数较多,教师队伍相对稳定。本文基于促进福州市公、民办幼儿园教师队伍均衡发展的视角,从扩充民办幼儿园教师数量、提高民办幼儿园教师质量、稳定民办幼儿园教师队伍三个方面提出对策。This paper investigates a public kindergarten and a private kindergarten randomly selected in Fuzhou to explore the balanced development of kindergarten teachers. It shows that both kindergartens make efforts to build a team of outstanding nurses, but differences exist out of preferential policy, inadequate fund, nursery quality and teachers’ treatment, etc. The public kindergartens boast such advantages as well-staffed teachers of high degree, senior title, optimized age structure, and adequate training. Therefore, it attempts to put forward suggestions for the private kindergartens to enlarge the team of teachers, improve the staff quality and stabilize the nursery team.
