摘  要:进一步建立全科住院医师规范化培训的教学管理新模式,完善全科住院医师综合能力培养,使之适应社区卫生服务及全科医疗可持续发展的需要。针对国家卫生计生委全科住院医师规范化培训的目标及具体要求,我们建立了一对一导师跟踪制,运用全科医学理念及全科临床实践教学技能,全程实施全科医学教学管理导师跟踪模式,在全科住院医师规范化培训中加以探索及运用;主要内容包括制定导师准入标准及各项管理制度,建立一对一导师制及管理目标,精心实施一对一导师临床跟踪培训,从综合素质、临床技能、教学管理、科研指导、考核评估等多方面全程进行系统教学指导及连续跟踪管理,以提高全科住院医师的综合能力素质,为培养高素质的全科医学骨干人才探索教学管理新模式。We had established an educational management model of standardized train of general practitioners to perfect new pattern of teaching management in the standardized training management of general practitioners, improve the efficacy of comprehensive abilities training, so as to adapt the community health services and the need for sustainable development of general practice. Based on the concept of general medicine and teaching skills for general clinical practice, tutorial system was employed in the standardized training management of general practitioners. The main contents are as follows : developing the tutor admission standards and various management systems, establishing a one-to-one tutorial system and managed object,carefully implementing one-to-one tutor clinical tracking training, systematic instruction and continuous tracking management were carried out in the whole course of training in terms of the comprehensive quality, clinical skill, teaching management, research tutoring and examination and estimation, etc. The new pattern of teaching management was established to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of general practitioners, and train high-quality general medical talents.
