摘　　要：针对药学院校食品质量与安全专业的培养目标,结合伪劣食品鉴别课程教学实践,从实验课程内容、教学方法和考核形式等方面,探讨如何改进实验教学,增强学生实践能力和创新能力,提高学生综合实验素质。Target for food quality and safety professional training in pharmacy colleges, combined with teaching practice of identification technology of fake food, it is discussed how to improve experimental teaching to enhance students＇ practical and innovative ability, and students＇ comprehensive experimental quality by arrangement of the course content, improvement of teaching methods and enrichment of assessment mode.
