摘　　要：陶行知先生是我国著名的教育家、思想家。他留下的教育思想十分丰富,其关于教师管理思想的论述便是其中的重要组成部分,不仅对当时的教师管理工作意义重大,同样也指导我们如何进一步优化当前的教师管理过程。Tao Xing-zhi is a famous educator and thinker in our country. His educational thoughts are very rich,of which,the interpretation of teacher management idea is one important part. It is not only of great significance to teacher management at that time,but also directs us to further improve the current teacher management process.
