摘 要:口语水平低,口语学习费时低效是很多非英语专业大学生英语学习的突出问题。除了语言环境因素外,缺乏有效的策略指导也是造成这一问题的关键因素之一。基于此,笔者就口语学习以及策略使用情况对637名学生进行了问卷调查,并对其中的40名学生进行了访谈,发现学生口语学习中存在以下问题:缺乏策略意识、策略知识匮乏、策略运用不足,尤其是认知策略使用甚少。因此,笔者指出教师必须对学生系统地进行口语学习策略,尤其是认知策略的培训,并提出培训的具体方法,以期提高学生课后依托于大学英语实验平台进行口语自主学习的效果,进而提高其口语水平。Many non-English major learners are poor in their spoken English. They have spent lots of time on English but learning effects are far from satisfactory. Apart from the factor of language environment, the lack of effective strategy training is also a key factor that matters. On account of this, 637 learners are surveyed with a questionnaire and further 40 of them are inquired. It is found that lack of strategy awareness, inadequacy of knowledge of strategy and insufficient use of strategy are the problems that manifest themselves in the process of spoken English acquisition. Therefore, it is suggested in the present study that the teacher should carry out systematic training of all the strategies, especially the use of cognitive strategies, among learners in the hope that the learners are able to improve the effects of after-class autonomous learning in spoken English via the language experimental system and the overall proficiency in spoken English. The agenda and procedure of the training are also referred to in the present thesis.
